Why Do We Need "Hope Bamboutos" - Financial assistance

 Give Hope to students from areas where people often have to end their education after high school because they don't have money or enough information  to make the proper decisions. In doing so, we will inevitably train a better generation of citizens, well-prepared to tackle the issues of the society. 

 We count on people of good will who can sacrifice their time or donate some money to finance the actions we have on the field. The big difference that we make is that we don't just wire money to localities. We travel to test the students. We stay in touch with the awardees for 3 years, providing them counselling and help in times of need with documentation and life issues. 

 We are a non-profit organization. From our Bylaws, one can read:

   I. Principal Office:

   The principal office of the corporation is located in Hamilton County, State of OHIO. 

  II. Change of Address  

The designation of the county or state of the corporation’s principal office may be changed by amendment of these bylaws.  

  III. IRC Section 501(c)(3) Purposes This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organization. 

  IV.  The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: 

Provide Hope to young and skilled students from Africa through various kinds of scholarship awards based on merit and a follow up of the recipients for at least one university degree or three years of training at a vocational school.
